Khuan Kam Foo. Being the fore founder of Bernard Realty,
Mr. Bernard Khuan has started from his humble beginnings,
being a former student of the Royal Military College
of Malaysia and a holder of Diploma in Business Management
and Advance Diploma in Business Studies from the Association
of Business Executives of the United Kingdom. Being
a visionary in the property industry of Malaysia, he
has been actively involved in the real estate business
since 1987, with an additional earlier 5 years hands-on
experience in the construction and property development
related sector. Established in 1996 through the tedious
strive to create a presence in the property market,
Bernard Realty has therefore, come a long way. Today,
we are being recognized as a reputable and distinguished
real estate agency registered with the Board of Valuers,
